For some reason I feel like I could tolerate calling someone daddy but dada makes my skin crawl. I fuckin hate when adults use baby talk like that.

Daddy has been around forever (like, approaching a century), it doesn’t bother me as much. It would still feel weird actually coming out of my mouth though lol

I don’t like daddy but I can somewhat barely get in the headspace where it doesn’t sound weird but this is so much worse
