Seems pretty easy to me honestly to just not eat crap, or at least not a wild excess of it.

I see so many patients with bad health due to sugar! You can go blind from too much sugar! As you’ll get older, you’ll realize how important your health is.

Replace your favorite snacks with healthier options. Gummies can be replaced with dried mangoes. Eat lots of fruits. Drink water. Raisins. Salads. Ground turkey. Go run. Gym. Leave that bad food alone. 99% of the world is out of shape!
