It is just as socially acceptable as a man wanting one, your boyfriend just set a boundary because he wasn’t into the idea. He shouldn’t have called u crazy tho

It’s definitely acceptable but depends on the man. If he is straight he may not want another man but some men would be okay with another girl. There could be some who just don’t like the idea at all.

A lot of men base their self worth on how well they (and only they) can please/satisfy their partner. It might be a deeply personal insecurity (but also patriarchal don’t get me wrong) that you’ll have to validate and reassure to get what you want (assuming threesome with another guy).
