I will add to your hot take: they need to make a two semester version of it (think first/second semester math/science/etc.) where they put in women, gender, racial allat, AND then also do a part of the course that accurately explains customer service positions and what/how they do their jobs (as a general rule) so that maybe JUST maybe people will not be so fucking rude to food service/retail/hospitality/healthcare/(insert other service people here) workers. Nah it's not delusional. I'm taking a women's and genders studies course right now studying abroad and it's very enlightening. I learned a lot about how women and other minorities in the LGBTQ+ spectrum have been marginalized and how it continues to spread in societal ideologies today. I hope one day you can overcome your hate, it's very disheartening.
