I’ve officially lost 10lbs in the past month. It may not seem like a lot in the long run but I’m not overweight, just uncomfy, and I’ve been telling myself I’m gonna lose weight for forever so this is huge

I definitely started eating a lot healthier and cut out a lot of junk foods (for both weight and allergy reasons), started drinking more water, and I’ve been going to the gym consistently for a couple of weeks now. I’m still learning that eating healthier doesn’t mean cutting out all little treats tho (I’d die without boba)

Thank you!! It’s definitely a little hard to grapple with that but at the same time I’m aiming to gain muscle instead at that turning point
