someone didn’t want to have a child, so they took the preventative measures. all a plan b does is block the sperm. it’s not an abortion pill 😭 an iud blocks sperm too, they’re literally taking precautions because it seems like they don’t want a child. i’d rather some take a plan b than have a child they can’t and don’t want to take care of
Ok so I looked at OP’s comments and I think I see what you’re feeling. Plan B should be used when it’s unplanned or unexpected. It shouldn’t be used all the time and def shouldn’t be used as a way to go raw whenever you feel like it. But OP’s comment says the man planned to cum inside her. That should not be how you go about using plan B. It’s a dangerous game for sure and plan B isn’t 100%.
Wtf… it’s an EMERGENCY contraception because of its very high hormone dosage. Taking it often can produce major side effects and it’s not as effective as regular birth control options that are meant to be taken or used everyday… it’s a backup, not as a primary method of birth control. Not to mention, some medications affect the efficacy of plan B. Saying to use it whenever you feel like it is downright irresponsible and stupid.
Having sex is never an emergency lol and it's literally the same concentration as 3 normal birth control pills, the worse it will do is make you start your period sooner than you were supposed to. There's not any major side effects that couldn't come with any other hormonal birth control. Some medications affect the efficacy of normal birth control. Most of what you just just is factually incorrect lol
There’s a reason why we have plan B, an emergency contraceptive, and regular birth control that’s for everyday use. Side effects include changing your period, which doesn’t sound major to some people, but for some, it’s not good to keep changing the irregularity and severity of your cycle. Also, plan b doesn’t protect you from STIs and efficacy changes based on weight. If you’re gonna use plan b as regular birth control, why not just get the actual birth control meant for everyday use?
