why are people so adverse to saying the word white supremacy? that’s what it is. and i find ppl who make it a point to say “they aren’t on either side” are pretentiously saying that they too lack empathy and can’t see outside of their own experiences. if your are in the middle, it’s just the same as saying that you’re right. maintaining the status quo is a right wing position.

if you read “I’m independent” as “pretentious, lacking empathy, and right-wing,” then yeah… you have a lot of educating to do. plenty of us are capable of criticizing bad behavior on the right without joining the left’s habit of slapping “white supremacy” on everything they dislike
