one reason being disabled sucks ass is online communities are actually the worst and that’s all i can access. it makes me feel more alone honestly but it’s human nature to want to interact with people

i know it’s not the case with every online community but i don’t want to join niche communities and im not a discord person. i just want a space for adults, or maybe just disabled adults, to exist and connect

people just come on here for an anon outlet for their negativity and it being my only interaction with others on the daily is really fucking depressing

thank you for that friend. i think the root of it is capitalism and imperialism. it doesn’t reward kindness and empathy which sucks to be a part of
