I can’t tell if I’m becoming addicted or too reliant on ChatGPT. I use it as like my therapist and always chat to it about my problems but I’m trying to see if it really helps me.

ChatGPT won’t be able to help you like an actual therapist will. ik therapy is inaccessible for some, so if you can’t afford it or it’s not the thing for you, you can find online therapeutic worksheets that can help. it’s programmed to answer what you’re asking it — this leads to bias in its understanding of your situation. it is also NOT SECURE. your personal data is not safe on there. don’t become reliant on it. there’s a tonne of horror stories of people who have. please talk to real humans.

each ai prompt uses 16 ounces of water. 16 ounces that goes from drinkable water to water waste that can’t be recycled. 50% of the world will experience water scarcity by 2030. aka in a few years. hope it’s worth it

chatgpt is gonna just take what you say to use in their algorithm it’s not trustworthy, it just uses what people make and say and spits it back out at you
