No but condoms aren’t 100% effective

a condom without a rip in it is 100% effective, they stop being effective when there’s tears in it, does a ziplock bag filled with water leak? no because it’s doing what it’s designed for but if you poke a hole in it then it’s no longer doing what it’s designed for
