yeah exactly. and the "us vs them mentality" really harmful because it limits introspection and diversity of thought. there are beliefs that make sense on both sides, even if you're a republican looking at the democrats or vice versa.

I disagree because it's not a "which party is wrong" problem but a "why are there two parties" problem. the less parties there are and the less potential presidents run for office the easier it is for corporations to lobby and bribe etc.

I just hate when ppl say foreigners shouldn’t have a say in politics bc they aren’t born here. My mother is a naturalized citizen and ppl who say she wasn’t born here therefore she doesn’t have a say is so stupid to me.
