I heard from my gf pregnancy is somewhat affected by sperm quality so if you do it again I’d have the man on a good diet and exercising hopefully it helps

Yes and no: placenta creation is heavily affected by the man’s sperm but also you can hereditarily have difficult pregnancy from your mother. I am experience for experience having my mother’s pregnancy she had with me and my siblings. I spit like a camel usually that goes away after 16 weeks, only about 10-15% of women have it the whole pregnancy. I am of the percentage because all the women in family have that trait.
