Women sexually assault men all the time. It’s just been made so common that no one reports it. Women are not better than men. They are just as depraved and we need to stop pretending they are not.

i was bracing for this post to end up going somewhere misogynistic, but nah, you’re right

Yes it happens more than people think and it should 100% get more awareness. But it’s just a fact that men are disproportionately the majority of attackers in sexual assault cases.

In 2021 (most recent year I can find stats for) it was reported that 93.6% of sex offenders in the USA were men. Yes women also rape men, and yes it’s an issue, but it’s also important to include the stats just to stick to the facts. Point is, consent should be a topic everyone is taught for more in-depth than they are now

As I clearly said in the post, it’s become so common/normalized no one reports it. Relying purely on stats is not the way to go. A woman is not going to be registered as a sex offender for groping a man or taking advantage of him. That’s just the reality of the world we live in.

Okay it’s really hard to support your argument then because atp it’s just a conspiracy theory. You’re making a claim that all data is incorrect just because you think it is, so you have no way of proving you’re right, which makes this just a grey area. Have there been cases of women rapists that go unreported? Absolutely. Does that significantly skew the data? Who knows, especially considering loads of male rapists also go unreported

you’re of course absolutely right about the need for consent education, but it’s really not “a conspiracy theory” to acknowledge that there’s a wealth of societal factors interfering with men’s ability to 1) understand themselves as victims of SA and 2) take legal action against female offenders

But the same exact factors that lead to men being unable to realize they’re victims of SA also lead to men being unable to realize they’re are also SAing others. The amount of men who do not understand consent in the slightest is ridiculous and it contributes to both sides of the problem, which once again makes it hard to support your claim
