ugh tore my knee all to hell surgery set for thursday if bad enough gonna replace it im not old enough for this

I tore my acl, mcl and meniscus at 20…. it gets better I promise!!!!! 23 now and have had no issues just take your recovery and PT seriously

Most recoveries when it comes to ligaments take a long time. I wasn’t back to normal until around a year and a half after, but my knees are in much better shape than even before I tore it. I promise it’s never as bad as you think it will be. It sucks and is miserable in the beginning but you will be back better
