Try not to beat yourself up about it. Peoples lineages have survived throughout generations due to many traits beyond immediate attractiveness. It’s a chore sometimes but honing social skills is valuable. People are attracted to passion, virtue, vitality, energy. You can find a path that suits you.

Honestly I feel like most of us have been there once. It sucks but you know my mom always gave good advice and she once said to me, “you can’t push a rope so why would you drag it somewhere when it was fine just where it was before you” A lot of situations you can’t push a rope unfortunately. I went through the same thing a couple years back and what hurts is he didn’t want to leave me behind either but still picked someone else. I believe in you!
