Nobody’s advocating to completely get rid of non ev vehicles. But we should probably stop manufacturing them or at least slow down as soon as possible. There will be so many used ones on the market.

definitely shouldn't stop making them. it's a cultural thing first off, second evs are also horrible for the environment (battery manufacturing/disposal and fuel burned to charge them), completely ceasing manufacturing of gas cars is a terrible idea. engineering more renewable fuel for them is a better answer

Fuel burned to charge them wouldn’t be a problem if more of our electricity infrastructure relied on renewable and nuclear energy. Battery disposal and resource extraction is problematic but significantly better than gas cars
