HR. Tell HR. They’re not your friends though, so remain as unbiased as possible and stick with the facts. Also tell them that you told your boss and they didn’t do anything about it, and were also discriminatory about it.

Don’t just tell HR. Make sure to leave a paper trail. Have everything documented. This protects you more than anything.

Although if the manager is also HR (depending on where OP works), then they’re kinda shit outta luck and thankfully only have 5 weeks left. Unless they have things documented and take it to some place like BBB (idek if this is where to go) then just getting through the shit is the only realistic solution

I’m an intern, not on payroll. Cried infront of the boss but after consulting with some of my loved ones, the game plan is to just tell my boss that it’s “water under the bridge” and muscle thru the remaining weeks
