The logic is I was raised a certain way, and I won't date people who weren't raised similarly. If something like paying for dinner is a point of contention, there is nowhere for us to go from there, so there's no reason for us to waste each other's time or for either of us to throw a fit about it. It's a simple compatibility filter that will come up with everyone you date upfront. Fortunately, my other filters are good because this has never been an issue for me
