I wish I was as addicted to exercise as I am food. And before you start I know that’s a disorder but I’ve been struggling with binging for 10 years and would at least like something in my life to balance it out

I’ve struggled with the same thing, for me I have to evaluate my relationship with food and nutrition. getting in a more balanced eating routine brought down the binging by a lot and really took care of the snack meals in between. As far as exercise I’d say write out some goals you’d like to achieve when it come to your body, for me it was gaining weight and formulate your nutrition around that, good luck don’t give up❤️
