Flock cameras are surveillance cameras facing roadways and public parks, etc. owned by a particular private company. Police use them for license plate reading and other crime-related surveillance, but the company also shares and retains data for ICE and other uses. Combined with data from Ring doorbell cameras, a pretty powerful dataset could be (but surely never would be lol) used to track political opponents, journalists, protesters, etc
