Unpopular opinion, if you need ai for something you just genuinely should not be doing it or need to get a grip. Need ai to write your business emails? You shouldn’t be working there. Need ai to do your homework? Genuinely study or drop out.

Hell nah. Using AI at work has helped manage things. It should be used in dosages, however. Fully relying on it will have detrimental effects. But not using it at all? Hell nah

Poll in my class today said that 85% of the students use ai at LEAST once a day. Proceeded to watch one of the students summarize the assignment description with chatgpt

Eh nah. It helps with productivity and as a software engineer new age deadlines won’t be met if I don’t use it. Expectations are different

I had an assignment that required using Ai so in some circumstances it’s not avoidable unless I wanted to fail the class for not doing my semester project..

It makes tasks faster yes. It also genuinely is killing the parts of your brain that problem solve and your attention span. It is also absolutely destroying the job market and is only predicted to get much much worse. Not to mention ai psychosis and other phenomena. Im happy to cite my sources.

Not to mention, because of ai your workload is only increasing according to what the ai can handle. The more it advances the more youll be forced to rely on it.

This is real. Dealing with AI is something not only people have disliked, but companies have noticed that it’s been more costly using AI only. A mix of people using AI helps streamline shit, so to speak
