Lifting comes with a good balanced diet and PROTEIN. U will not see the results u want without protein and fuel. And growth comes from progressive overload

Best advice: find exercises you enjoy so you have fun and can be consistent. Research proper form. Ask chat gpt to incorporate the exercises you like and make a 3 day split to start. (Ex. back/bi day, leg day, chest/shoulders day) as a beginner, consistency and having fun is key don’t burn yourself out, prioritize a gallon of water a day (if you can), protein, and Whole Foods. Don’t worry about little details, just start simple and you can add on later

Also.. perhaps even better advice, just start. Anywhere. Just get inside the gym

Start small and just do it at least 2-3 times a week. Consistency is everything. Getting a gym membership will be better than buying your own equipment. You can do the core workouts (squats, deadlifts, rows) and just fixate grind them if it makes it less overwhelming. Do dumbbells - 5lb to start, 3 sets of 8 reps. Progressively add weights when you’re comfortable. Diet is also a huge part.
