When it did work it was like mid day m-f, bad weather then don’t even try(anything other than sunshine with NO clouds)

I’ve personally never had any issue with it so that’s unfortunate. Different areas make the difference.

Try to use a laptop on it and load more than 1 tab…ain’t gonna happen or it ur lucky u can grow 11 gray hairs in the process
