Y’all ever heard of blacklisting? I used to work retail and there was like 14 people that if they tried to come in, the front would stop them and tell them to leave. And we had a running grey list of people (mostly creepy guys) that if they came in then me and the other guys in the back would basically suddenly have a lot of important reasons to walk around the store and check on people.

My store never does. I literally had a guy who explicitly said he wanted to kidnap me, that he loved how recognizable my car was, and he would circle the parking lot at close. They didn’t do anything at all abt it.

Talk to the guys you work with about it, most if not all of us when I was working at that store were so in and we treated it like a spec ops mission. Even though the problem was serious we all had fun with it and gave each other code names and shit. But we didn’t know about it until some of the girls spoke up about it.
