Black people can be personally racist, for sure. Black people do NOT have entire power structures within society backing up their racism, when they are.

it depends on your definition. when people say black people cant be racist it’s because they think oppression is inherent in racism and saying racism implicates the system whereas others just define it as any prejudice based on race

Yeah, because racism is a self-defeating ideology. If the white nationalists got their dream of a country that was only white people, they’d immediately turn on whoever they viewed as the “lesser whites”
