i’ve never had abs no matter how much i run and how athletic just always thin and now im not even sure i want them anymore since every guy on here’s go to pickup line is “i have abs” like alright maybe i just don’t need to have them anymore
Just train your core man, it’s the same as any other muscle group

done that more than you even believe, just my bad fat percentage is at like 14% when it needs to be at like 9, my skin just keeps regenerating, i’ve done crunches with 2 45s and still nothing

Lmao ofc you’re not seeing results then, and you do not need to be at 9% to see abs haha. Do something like decline sit ups with weight that actually stretch the abs, also train obliques. Add on an isometric like a plank too
