I wish my school wasn’t so culturally segregated speaking from someone who is human. I thought we were suppose to advance on the whole segregation thing not add to the problem.

i hate to be that dude, but as a minority you just gotta accept it in a weird way. not only are we the minority, but it really wasnt even until like 60 years ago that you woulda been shot for being around certain folks. not saying treat them differently, just understand that some people dont want change, they werent born with a growth mindset.

I’m black too, I don’t consider myself as that label. But I’m just as black, Asian, Hispanic, Indian people. These people shouldn’t be segregated me out the circle. Like the caucasian group is way welcoming on my campus than any other cultural group out there.

Have you ever considered that the groups you mentioned are also subjected unprecedented amounts of segregation and racism in this country which might out the fear of death into them, which kind of acts as an inhibitor for them to go and talk to other people apart from their own? I'm brown too, i personally never segregated anyone in my friend group which is very diverse because why would i? Knowing that my people themselves face the same almost every single day!

But i also come from a point of privilege, and not everyone from the groups you mentioned does. I can speak for myself and others of my race, the fear is real. The amount of hate towards brown people, believe it or not is swept under the rug almost every time. A couple of bad apples ruin our image and there's absolutely nothing we can do about it. Because the racism is so extensive that people just give up.and to end this, our arms are always open, its just we aren't sure if its reciprocated.

You people want to be victims so bad. You’re treated better here than in your own homeland. It’s why you moved.
