this is genuinely such a hard place to be in bc like when i lost my virginity, my partner at the time said he “didn’t feel anything” and that “he doesn’t even know if what we did was s*x” but like- put two and two together. it’s like they’re just trying to undermine you. i’m sorry you went through this :(
