Open a studio to pierce other people, it will satisfy you for a time, but eventually business will slow. When that happens you’ll have to get your release some how, so you rampage through the city at night forcing piercings on people 1 ear at a time until you’re caught and sentenced to life in prison. You then fake your death and break out to continue your piercing quest
