Don’t like how my muscles aren’t getting bigger that much yet, I’ve decided to increase from 45/60 reps to 90/120 depending on the weight machine / weight dumbbell
Calorie deficit rn, takes 3200 to maintain my weight of 235, I’m doing at most 1600 but usually between 500-800, might just exclusively eat chicken for a month or two going forward

Yeah it takes longer than a month for muscles to grow lol and you need at least 8 hrs of sleep. And sometimes more weight doesn’t necessarily mean faster growth, so the reps slow and controlled to really feel the burn
