The fact that there are people out there with no mental health problems is so wild to me. How are you doing that?? I’ve been this way since I was a child. I cannot comprehend any other mindset

Yep it’s pretty cool to focus on a task at will, be content with leaving unimportant things for later, and be okay with breaking my routines

I think I’ll be poisoned by any food I eat, and I think that I’m being hunted by the cops because I shoplifted two years ago. I also think I have at least two types of cancer but the types change each day. Rn its breast cancer and melanoma

You know you can look up if there are warrants out for your arrest right? You can go to an oncologist to see about your cancer, get an MRI or something. Eat your food, nothing is poisonous unless you’re allergic or there’s legitimate poison (there isn’t bc why would anyone poison you)

But the food might not be cooked properly, or could have e-coli. And the cops may not have a warrant, but what if they recognise me. And I had a mole biopsies but there’s so many other moles that could be cancer. And I don’t have money to constantly go to the doctor. Also mri’s don’t show cancer like that
