No one is a good or a bad person. If you’re doing kind deeds it doesn’t matter why you’re doing it because the end result is beneficial to the world. Everyone does kind acts for self interest even if you think they don’t, so if “scared of consequences” is ur thing, then so be it. It’s as meaningful a virtue as any other
