my favorite thing about having long hair as a guy is that it reliably makes me seem more “glamorous” than I would otherwise even though I have a ton of split ends and don’t put any effort into styling it

women generally pull off that fuckass buzzcut much more effectively than men do imo feels more like a deliberate form of self-expression when y’all do it, whereas on a guy I’m usually reminded of terminally -dripless conservative dads on fb who post truck selfies in Oakley shades
