Her report is only her accusations not the entire story. Additionally, she even admitted he passed out. It seems like you need to read the report as well as the entire investigatory case again. Funny how you’re so quick to dismiss SA when there is growing evidence it was actually committed by a woman and not a man.

if he was assaulted then why is Matthew Ingalls on a phone call trying to convince Jane Doe that the incident was consensual and she was totally sober?Why didn't he file a report? Why were members of the frat doing damage control after the situation? Why is the only time he's ever claimed he was the victim of SA in response to her report?
