Noem as leader of ICE oversaw the capture of thousands without due process required under international and American law. Dozens of immigrants have died in detention centers, and they’ve killed US citizens. There are recorded rapes in ICE detention centers, which have also been blocked off from international and internal inspection. Also deported people to countries they are not from without due process.

That’s not how the law works. If they are found guilty they will serve their sentence in the United States, not be tried a second time in a foreign country. Also we don’t recognize the ICJ.
