At any weight the ideal lifestyle is one with regular cardio and a nutritious diet. Once you view it more of a lifelong change rather than immediate, it gets better.

I exercise almost every day but I don’t eat very healthy

Unfortunately it’s a balance of both. My physique did not improve one but until I committed to exercising, eating nutritiously, and managing stress all together.
