same my retainer had holes worn into it and then someone stole it and they didn’t even have a mold of my teeth to make a copy. all of that pain for nothing

it feels like a waste of time and pain and money, i just wish they had done what i asked for ☹️ my brother has a permanent retained and his teeth are still perfect
