There’s no need to be embarrassed. It’s a natural thing, I mean think about where you get fucked (up the ass), accidents are bound to happen.

Like I’m a top and I’ve had some guys have accidents even if they did clean out beforehand, it’s okay it’s nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about.
