also it’d be even harder to convict since even one jurist could be swayed to sympathy if castration was mandatory, so the few cases that would be convictions would have many walk-outs, sadly

Not to mention it will increase murder rates, decrease reports (especially in child victims), and doesn’t even reduce rape (rape isn’t a purely sexual motive, it’s power and domination, which would still exist and be even worse without a penis)

that’s why i genuinely don’t care about false accusations LMFAO i’ve been falsely accused of SA but guess what I wasn’t even there so the story didn’t hold up. I’m also a girl and I calmly explained my side of the story. What are these people doing where they’re actually convicted falsely for rape when the president is a rapist and half his cabinet is too. MY rapist got a week suspension from basketball practice and the men at cornell have to write an essay. False accusations don’t do anything
