I donāt know #14ās specific views, but I def care about the genocide, however I feel like the biggest changes can happen if the US disconnects itself from Israel. If we arenāt sending them weapons, money, etc. theyāll have a much harder time continuing what theyāre doing. Obv individual donations and support to Palestine is important, but Iām more so speaking of long term, high impact methods.
Also, just in general, I get the sense you agree with this, but I just want to reiterate it. Israel being involved in our government feels staunchly anti democratic as IsraelĆes arenāt citizens, they donāt vote, and I do not believe the majority of Americans support them having as much say and control in the US as they currently do.
yeah i agree, but america would support israel even without israel lobbying america. american hegemony requires israels presence in the middle east. But yes i def agree that its important to be anti foreign interference in our politics, but american imperialism is the root problem and would persist either way
The definition of Zionism is the right for the Jewish people to have a homeland. Israel is not even explicitly mentioned. Search it up. Direct opposition to a Jewish state is antinsemtic since every other group has been able to create their own nation e.g. 22 Muslim countries and countless Christian countries.
