I’m saying that dead men are incapable of committing rape. 96% of rape to be exact. And 88% of murders while we’re at it. Let’s use our thinking caps next time 😊😊 I don’t believe the government should have the power to kill people, and I also don’t believe our current justice system is capable of holding rapists accountable because it currently isn’t.

You are. Dead men don’t rape means lethal self defense. A rapist who’s killed in the act can’t go and attack some else as they always do. A dead attacker can’t reoffend. That’s the fucking point. OP won’t so I will. The government should not at all be permitted to use the death penalty. The victim and the victim alone should be able to decide the fate of the rapist in the event of a violent rape. The victim needs to carry out the execution if that is their decision.

I agree, the government and justice system is so fucked that rapists are barely ever held accountable and caught. And the death penalty would have too many loop holes to it to people dying without just cause. But if they actually did rape someone they should be dead.

I completely understand that sentiment. Tbh just knowing that my abuser felt so bad about it that he became sewer slidal, that was enough for me. I didn’t necessarily want him to die but knowing he suffered some of the consequences was comforting in a way
