Emergency Medicaid is temporary and while in some states provide assistance to some immigrants here on visas and in order to qualify long term need to be “lawfully present” like in NYC. Charities are not tax funded. DACA is for literal children who were brought here as children raised here and gives TEMPORARY assistance
