An internal memo is telling ICE agents to enter a constitutionally protected area. Before you say that “the amendments don’t protect immigrants”, you’re right. The amendment protects the land and the building itself. This now allows ICE to force their way into houses and buildings that are constitutionally protected. Which is a violation of the 4th amendment right.
