I hate when businesses are poor with their inventory management. The coffee shop in my office complex restocks their bagels on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and they’re always out on Tuesday and Thursdays. BUY 👏🏻 MORE 👏🏻 BAGELS

Fr, worked at a sub shop and we were constantly out of iceberg lettuce (comes on every sub) by the end of the week so we’d go 2 days without one of the main ingredients on a sub bc boss wanted to be cheap so I had to chop up salad romaine lettuce until the next supply shipment

Yea but they are cheap and would rather run out and sell all then have some extras

That makes no sense. They’re out over 50% of the time they’re open and their profit on the bagel is way higher than the cost of the bagel because of the extras they add.

Nah from what I understand is if they don’t have a way to track accurately how many they should be to have it run out perfect it’s cheaper to get less than more and have extra
