Literally it’s almost like the people that started this country were actually wise and smart

Part of it was also because he owned slaves so he was advocating for an increase in slave ownership.

Washington also warned against a 2 party system and was absolutely right. Jefferson somewhat alludes to that in the bottom bit of OP’s screenshot too

My high school had us study the founding fathers and it’s crazy how they warn us don’t do this stuff or else this will happen and then we literally just ignored it

This is what happens when people who are completely uneducated on topics mindlessly read headlines pumped out by people who are very educated and know how to easily manipulate people to vote and believe how they want them to. Been happening ever since the printing press 💀

Only 10% of people read past headlines/titles btw so that’s why we were all taught in school to create those good hook sentences and attention grabbing titles

And then add on that like 50%+ of political content online is posted by bots and not real people, then consider how many people who are smart enough to read past headlines on topics they say they care about are willing to waste time getting into debates with people online who are vastly less knowledgeable than they are on the topics, and that’s when you realize that engaging in arguments online is completely pointless because it’s either a just bot or some random performative idiot
