Cheated on him and immediately told him about it so we broke up. For about a year we would talk occasionally and hook up but we ended up having to end it because i wasn’t taking him seriously. I truly feel as though I’ve changed as a person since then and want him to know I am sorry but I don’t know how he will feel about me reaching out

Leave it alone, even if you tell him you’ve changed he probably won’t believe you and it’ll only bring him pain thinking about it
