You don’t know metzitzah b’peh is, it done only after circumcision at 8 days old. It was done in older times as a way to sterilize the wound. Nowadays many Orthodox Jews have either abandoned the practice or use a tube to avoid direct contact because it isn’t sanitary. A small sect of Orthodox Jews still practice with direct contact to upkeep tradition. This is not a reason to get angry.
