It’s just a compliment. I think this about a lot of men, but it stays an inside thought. Usually when there’s a feminine-looking man. This can mean either she just wants to be friends or is bi-curious/sexual

There is a difference between “you’d be cooler” and “you’d be pretty” like pretty is descriptive and cooler is comparative. I get what you’re trying to say but cooler sounds rude and cool just sounds awkward
