how did you curb your cravings? and r ya having any withdrawal symptoms? i’ve been trying to quit for a while but it always makes me feel like a wheel of a human 😭

keeping yourself busy all the time is crucial (reading, cooking, working out, whatever you want). i also found it helpful to reframe my entire perspective on withdrawals- i’m telling myself over and over that it’s a “cleansing” process and even though it sucks right now i’ll feel better long term.
