having ur nipples/shape of ur boobs show through ur shirt is not pg, i can see men’s nipples through their shirts all the time 🤷‍♀️

A lot of women would say yes, they can feel pretty stuffy and restricting, even if we need the support. I also have something called allodynia, where the skin has a disproportionate pain response to stimuli. The light pressure of a bra that’s supposed to feel cozy and supportive becomes painful.
